Submittals
When submitting a package for consideration, please include the following information:
- Signed lease application authorizing Summit Leasing to pull credit bureau reports
- Recent personal and business credit reports
- Trade and bank references
- Two years' personal and business tax returns
- Current personal and business financial statements
- Most recent interim statements
- Equipment and vendor information
Before we can fund a transaction we need to receive the following:
- Signed and dated documentation
- Proof of insurance
- Invoice(s) from vendor(s)
- Copy of the business license
- Copy of driver's license of each signor
